Santa’s Workshop 2021 - a fun, annual school fundraising event
that truly embodies the spirit of the holiday season as it's all
about giving. This year’s event is on Friday Dec. 10.
Families donate new or gently used items to the workshop so
the students can “shop”, wrap and give gifts to the members of
their immediate family.
All items are $2.00 each, with 100% of the proceeds given to
Whistler Community Services Society for the Holiday Hamper
and Food Bank programs. In 2019, we raised just over $2300!
Here’s what we need again this year:
• PLEASE DONATE ITEMS - Lots of new or gently used items that
you have around your home (or work) which would make gifts for all
ages (especially needed for Dads & teenagers). Please consider
what you would like to receive!
• BRING THEM TO SCHOOL - Please start sending donated items to
school with your child ASAP. Boxes labelled Santa’s Workshop will
be outside of each classroom by next Tuesday. There are also some
big Tupperware boxes in the upper hallway, just inside of the Front
entrance.
• PLEASE VOLUNTEER - Lots of great ways you can help at the
school this year. Please email us to help at [email protected]
1. Nov. 24, Dec. 1, Dec. 8th 12-1pm - SORTING SHIFTS and for gym set-up Thurs. Dec.
9th 2:30-4pm - To help organize donations in the Maker space & Gym. (You can bring
younger children with you to help.)
2. Fri. Dec. 10th 8-1pm — DAY OF EVENT - To help wrap/run booths on Please reach
out to PAC with your name if you can help volunteer for a shift and/or the event.
PAC will respect all Covid-19 guidelines such as social distancing and hand sanitation while proving a
fun experience for the kids & raise money for those in need in our amazing community. Thank you in
