School District Employees are eligible for the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).   All SD48 employees can enter with the username and password provided below. Besides contact information for counselling, there is a wealth of support and resource documentation for employees, on numerous topics from workplace stress to home finances.     Go to:

To submit eligible extended health or dental claims by mail, print and complete the application form and mail to the insurer, Pacific Blue Cross.  

 

CUPE Staff

Employee benefits for members of CUPE Local 779 are provided by the Public Education Benefits Trust. For information about your employee benefits click here.

Employees can submit eligible health and dental claims on-line directly through Pacific Blue Cross Extended Health and Dental on-line claim  submission
