Online Student Learning:
In-class instruction has moved to a “learning from home,” primarily online learning environment, with teachers providing ongoing personalized learning opportunities to their students.
Each week, we will showcase a cool and creative example of at home and online student learning taking place in our school community.
For more examples of all the cool learning projects taking place in SD48, check out our new Online Student Learning website!
Highlight of the Week: Students from our Sea to Sky Online School were asked to create TED talks that reflect on why communities are important and extend this importance to community during COVID-19. More information HERE!
We are honoured to be learning on the Traditional Territory of the Sḵwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw and St’át’yemc Nations.
Please Note: Due to the fluid nature of the COVID-19 situation, as a precautionary measure, the School District is closing the Board office until further notice. We will maintain School District operations during this closure. This is being done to support efforts to slow down the transmission of COVID-19.
